Tax dispute

Representing Shell Exploration & Production Ukraine Investments (IV) B.V., the investor and operator under the Production Sharing Agreement for hydrocarbons to be produced at the Yuzivsk field, in a tax dispute. The notifications of the tax authorities' refusal to grant over UAH 10 million as automatic VAT refund have been recognized as unlawful and have been canceled according to the court decision that has entered into legal force.
