Tax dispute

Representing Ukrainian subsidiary of a leading international tobacco company in a dispute with tax authorities amounted at USD 137 million regarding alleged violation of Ukrainian laws on licensing of wholesale trade of tobacco products. The dispute has been successfully resolved in the local, appellate administrative court, and superior administrative court of Ukraine.
